I have uploaded idl.el version 1.25 at the sites listed below.

If you don't use the emacs editor then ignore this message.

idl.el is for use with GNU Emacs or XEmacs for editing IDL/PV-Wave
".pro" files.  I has automatic indenting, templates, abbreviation
expasion (like macros), comment handling, etc.

The small change in this version leaves highlighting of the code up to
the user (see the comments at the beginning of the file).  There is no
default highlighting anymore.  You can use font-lock or hilit19
(font-lock is preferred).
