Quick on the heels of this release a very minor bug was identified for
XEmacs users only.  If you are using XEmacs and have trouble compiling
IDLWAVE v4.12 (errors during "make"), please download afresh and try
again.  The updated version is available at http://idlwave.org,
remaining as v4.12.
